Community Outreach Lawncare Associates (COLA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit social enterprise using lawncare to open doors to stable work. We partner with county workforce development agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community referrals to create high-growth career paths, business management and sales training, and steady employment for neighbors transitioning out of homelessness and unemployment.
County Workforce Agencies
We partner with local workforce development boards to connect job seekers with paid training and long-term employment opportunities.
Nonprofit Referral Partners
Shelters, re-entry programs, and community nonprofits refer candidates who are ready for a fresh start in a supportive work environment.
Public Inquiries
We also welcome applicants who find us directly and want to grow a career in outdoor work that gives back.
Training & Growth Paths
Our training and positions include canvassers, direct sales representatives, lawn service associates, route managers, district managers, and territory and regional leaders.
